Before taking possession of a
home or condominium, a thorough inspection should be conducted of the major
functional elements, (structure, roof, air-conditioning system, electrical
outlets, switches and fixtures, appliances, plumbing and equipment, swimming
pool and related equipment, irrigation equipment, doors and windows, wood
destroying organisms, insulation and ventilation), to determine their current
functional condition and serviceability.

inspection, but the most thorough and accurate results possible. We provide you
with an easy to read report of our findings with current market estimates for
deficient items.
Regulatory and internally
mandated perpetual professional training of our inspectors, augmented with the
use of state-of-the-art professional electronic testing equipment as applicable,
along with our extensive experience in the construction industry, enables us to
provide you with the most thorough and accurate inspections money can buy.
We will fax you or your

the original documents the next business day. Mold results will be delivered in
three business days.
Should Deficient conditions
be found, we will at your request, re-inspect the property to verify that all
the deficiencies have been corrected and/or mold remediation has been
satisfactorily performed. A report of re-inspection will be prepared and
delivered to you or your designated agent the day following the re-inspection.
(post inspections additional fee)
We encourage our clients to
be present during the inspection. However, if you cannot be present, or have any
questions about the inspection, we suggest you call us to discuss your concerns
about the results.
We maintain all inspection
report information for a period of five years from the date of inspection
